The property includes a fully functional front and back with a round 4 seats table, a swing benche, crystal glass fire pit area, cabana for up to 6 people ,2 tanning beds and a big barbecue area. Parking space under the closed coverd carport garage, lots of free street parking, usually infront of the house. Inside you'll fine large seating area in the livingroom with a 55 in smart 4K tv (compatible with all game consoles and has an extra hdmi cable just come and connect your game console), Apple TV ,indoor fire place, a bar with wine glasses ,champagne glasses, low balls glasses ,high balls glasses, stirrer and a bottle opener, a huge mirror and a lot of space and light. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking professional stainless still free standing gas range unit with 6 burners, sealed cooktop, grill, griddle and double ovens.a stove top hood, viking professional large fridge and freezer, Viking professional wine refrigerator, Viking professional dishwasher and microwave, an island/breakfast bar that sits 4 . The kitchen is also equipped with full cooking ware ( pans in different sizes , pots in different sizes, cutting board, cutting knives, bowls and a grader, dinner dining set, utensils ,plates, serving plates, serving bowls, hot and cold cups and barbecue utensils .A ninja blender ,percolator, toaster and professional juicer . The 3rd room has a queen size bed, a sonos surround system bar and a closet . There's is a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that can also be used as a stand up shower with body wash, shampoo, bubble bath soap and towels an extra separate bathroom .A washer and dryer for your use with detergent and fabric softener . There's access to the back yard via the living room and the master bedroom.
