This beautiful modern detached Villa, offers a sense of elegant luxury. The large kitchen, dining and lounge area, with high ceiling and wide patio doors slide right back to reveal the impressive south facing in and outside living space opening to the pool terraces. The bedrooms all open to the pool with roof terrace over that shows off the lovely quiet mountain and country location. It is close to Javea, Teulada Moraira and Benitachell beaches and towns. The space The property is spacious, light and airy, but also cosy and relaxing, from careful consideration when designing the interior and exterior. The great location is a very small urbanisation surrounded by national trust countryside that is full of herbs, trees and enjoys a wonderful mountainous backdrop. As you enter, the living space will lift your spirits and instantly make you feel on holiday! The fixtures and fittings are generous and there are lots of storage areas, equipment and facilities for your convenience and enjoyment that a modern bespoke property often provides. Guest access You have full use of the one floor Villa and gardens. The different garden areas surround the property with trees and awnings for shade, climbing plants and herbs that fill the air with scent. The property is totally enclosing with walls and/or fencing/trees for your security and privacy. There is an intercom and other security features to protect you and your belongings. The electric gate, with remote control, gives you access to the driveway and there is also lots of extra parking available directly outside the property and in a the nearby urbanisation carpark. From the intercom system, you can see and speak to your visitors from inside the Villa and just let them in with the press of a button! They can see you too if you decide to use it only. Please ALWAYS use the alarm system when you are not in the property, which is very easy to use. Once the car is in the driveway, you can gain access without steps, directly into the property. The Villa also has no steps, but there are patio door thresholds to outside. More disabled access details are described in another sections of this advert. Other things to note The 'welcome file' provides details about the property, useful phone numbers and about the local area. Please read these and the information in this advert to make sure you understand what is available and your responsibilities. I can also provide you with any updates by email. Please turn off the air-conditioning units, when the doors are open, you are outside or away from the Villa. Also, use the security alarm system and electric gates, thank you. EXTRAS: Electricity readings of above 120 kWh per week is charged per unit, (if necessary) after you leave at Iberdrola prices at the time of your visit. If you turn off the air conditioning when not needed and/or while you're outside the property, this allowance is more than enough. The cleaning fee also includes the first check-in, this electricity and linen, garden and the pool cleaning.
