Romantic Tagaytay House

This is a cozy, self-service, 2-storey house. 4 bedrooms upstairs; 1 small bedroom downstairs + 1 daybed next to the living area; 2 bathrooms upstairs; 2 bathrooms downstairs. PET-FRIENDLY* w/ PARKING (max. 3cars/compact SUVs OR 2 vans/trucks) & an intimate PLUNGE POOL inside a gated property; surrounding gardens w/ seesaw area; close to many Tagaytay tourist spots. Base price= up to 6pax. Indicate correct number of guests for accurate pricing. BOOK ONLY if you've read&agree w/ our House Rules. The space ***Sleeping Configuration: 1st bedroom: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) 2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) 3rd bedroom: 1 double decker (sleeps 2) 4th bedroom: 1 double decker (sleeps 2) 5th bedroom: 1 double (sleeps 2) Between living area & 5th bedroom: 1 daybed (sleeps 1) The rest will be provided with floor mattresses that can be placed in the first 3 bedrooms :) *** Our pool is NOT a swimming pool. It is an intimate plunge pool that can fit 6 to 8 pax when just relaxing in there. Small kids though can swim in it. Please make sure that kids in & around it are adult-supervised. Our pool is 4.3 meters long and is 1.75 meters wide (average). It is a little less than 3 ft at its shallowest & a little less than 4ft at its deepest. We accept events for up to 40pax. The indoor event space, shown in the pictures, is just a few steps away from the house. *** PROVISIONS: We provide bed linens & towels (1 per guest), but not soap, shampoo, and other consumables. Dishwashing liquid and toilet tissues are provided. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS may be availed for Php100 each. We have a washer and dryer for a fee (depends on the amount of laundry). Guests will have a kitchen (equipped for basic cooking) & dining amenities: plates, spoons, forks, cups & glasses, which are 12 each, so please bring extra if your group will need more. Pack n' play or crib for babies of up to 2.5 yrs of age is available with baby pillows and linens for a small fee. Best if you reserve upon booking. As the property is surrounded by plants, expect small bugs--this is normal in all Tagaytay properties especially with gardens. But don't worry, as the duplex's windows and doors have screens--so do feel free to open the glass windows for that cool mountain air--just don't forget to close the screens. Do let us know at least 2 days before your check-in if you will need help with washing the dishes, cleaning the house or doing some laundry. Since our property is a self-service rental, this will be for a small fee. Guest access * Pool use and bbq area is free for guests' use. * Access to bedrooms: 1 to 2 pax: 1 bedroom only 3 to 4 pax: 2 bedrooms only 5 to 6 pax: 3 bedrooms only 7 to 8 pax: 4 bedrooms only 9 or more pax: all 5 bedrooms * EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT are subject to availability, and must be arranged with the host (not the caretakers). Earlier or later than standard check-in/out time is P500 PER HOUR or a fraction thereof. * DRIVERS & YAYAS are included in the count as guests. We do not allow drivers sleeping in the parking area. * Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 8 PM only) = P300/pax/night. Visitors entering/staying past 8 PM are charged as additional guests = P800/pax/night * Parking for up to 3 cars/compact SUVs OR 2 vans/trucks can be accommodated. * Event Space is not included in the Accommodation facilities. Other things to note 1. We allow SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. 2. Since the property is accessible to public transport, drawback is a bit of road noise every now & then. 3. Surveillance cameras are installed outside the house for security purposes. 4. From gate entrance to the parking is a short, uphill drive towards the right. 5. Internet can get weak from time to time. We are subscribed to a PLDT service but it's very difficult to get them to deliver the target speed. 6. Pets (non-reptile ones) are allowed (NOT free) but we have to be informed. You will notice that the pets have NO AMOUNT in your Airbnb breakdown. This is so that it will at least not be added in the platform's commission. Hence, pet fee is paid at the property. Pets are subject to rules that we will provide along with the check-in details. Amongst which are that they are not allowed to sleep on human beds and they may swim only IF their human will swim with them at all times that they are in the plunge pool. 7. Curfew: 11pm 8. Really sorry about this but we cannot accommodate check-ins past 10pm. If we end up having to do so, we will have to charge a late check-in fee of P500 or $10. 9. Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 9 PM only) = P300/pax. Visitors entering/staying past 9 PM are charged as additional overnight guests. 10. Everyday, our pool is disinfected and vacuumed.
