Our cool and comfortable 1 bedroom condominium unit is strategically located in the middle of the Metro Bicutan Paranaque, 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins from Makati and Alabang. It is walking distance to SM Bicutan mall. The space Our place is a 1 BR fully furnished condo with queen size bed, sofabed and mattress. It has all the amenities of a hotel for a much lower rate. You may ask for FREE parking (for reservation prior to booking) when needed. Name it and we have it!!! It is conveniently located in Bicutan, Paranaque, a 15 min short drive both from Makati and Alabang and 10 min from the International and Domestic Airports. Enjoy luxury living in the middle of the Metro, on sprawling prime property spanning the West Service Road of SLEX immediately adjacent to SM Bicutan mall. Perfect for singles or couples with little ones too!!! Whether coming here for a short stay or a long vacation, our Azure Urban Resort Residences condo provides a safe and peaceful haven to come home to after a day in the city. Guest access Amenities include an open park, zen garden, grand fountains with dancing waterworks and lights, multiple playgrounds, an interactive water play area and central bar. Guests may also access a modern clubhouse called "The Paris Beach Club" with facilities such as spa, massage rooms and restaurant. Long terms tenants may also access the gym, game room and playroom. The roof deck with view of the city skyline may also be accessed by our guests. And of course the centerpiece of The Azure is the truly iconic man-made beach cove complete with pristine white sand, undulating waves, multiple water slides and water cascades. The man made beach is open daily. The wave pool which is another beautiful attraction may also be accessed by guests. This wave pool is scheduled for a weekly cleaning every Monday. It truly is a tropical vacation you can come home to every single day!!! We allow 4 pax in our 1 bedroom unit. A kid with less than 3 feet in height is considered as the 5th pax. Swimming rate is Php 250/pax/shift. Our pool schedule is as follows: 1st shift 7 am - 12 nn and 2nd shift 2 pm - 7 pm. Long term guests may use the wave pool, man made beach and gym FREE of charge. The wave pool and man made beach is closed every Tuesdays for weekly maintenance. Other things to note Our Azure Urban Resort Residences is close to the Philippine International and Domestic airports.
