The space Our property is located on the 1000-foot slope, in the heart of Val-Saint-Côme, a less frequented place for tourists and skiers, and gives you direct access to the mountain and is ideal for combining relaxation and outdoor activities! ❄️IN WINTER, downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, we are located near the Mille Pieds slope lift and have access to the mountain hiking trail. 🌻IN SUMMER, direct walking access to the mountain including several hiking trails, including the National Trail, and close to lakes and rivers for swimming and fishing. Mountain biking with a ski lift is also available for several months of the year. 🍂IN AUTUMN, a flamboyant spectacle is offered to you with the mountainous and colorful panorama, magnificent for hiking. Guest access On the ground floor, you'll first find a spacious entrance, with walls covered in barn wood, with plenty of hooks and storage spaces. Then, a large common area including the kitchen, living room and dining room with a wall almost entirely made of windows offers you a sensational view of the surrounding nature and ski slopes. A bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor as well as the laundry area (front-loading washer/dryer). The kitchen has a very large island and is fully equipped with utensils, kitchen equipment, and appliances (two-door fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and warmer, regular coffee machine, etc.). In the dining room, a solid wood table that can accommodate a large family. In the living room, a sectional sofa arranged in front of the gas fireplace decorated with a beautiful natural stone mantle. TV, sound system and board games are at your disposal for your entertainment. Upstairs in the cottage, on the mezzanine, one bedroom offers a queen size bed, a second bedroom includes a pull-out bunk bed (2x double) and a full bathroom with shower and heated ceramic floor. You will also find a practical office area and TV with DVD player. This floor is also occupied by a teleworking space comprising a desk with two screens and an ergonomic chair. Outside the cottage, a large terrace with motorized awning and a courtyard with mountain views give you access to a barbecue (gas cylinder included), a set of garden furniture and fireplace (wood not included). Dog 🐾 owners must collect waste from their dogs and dispose them properly in the bins. Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds and must stay on the ground floor on the ceramics. 🐾 Dogs must be up to date in their vaccinations and pest control treatments. 🐾 Pets allowed are dogs under 70 pounds, and cats. Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, exotic animals or other pets are not allowed, as well as any other dogs with aggressive behavior or temperament. 🐾 Owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets, with possible additional costs.
