The CBD, with all its waterfront cafes and shops, is a 30 minute walk and it’s a 10 min walk to Memorial Park and the water front. 10 kms to the fabulous Mount Maunganui beach. Can’t beat the location! I offer a free pick up and drop off from the airport or bus station. The space You’ll love the central location. Park your car and walk to the CBD. Guest access The whole place is yours. You won’t be sharing anything with anybody! Other things to note There is a 9 pm noise curfew. If you’re coming to Tauranga to party, this is not the place for you! I need to keep my lovely neighbours happy.
