Tranquil, comfy, safe & friendly house, with solar panels (= no load-shedding = Wifi always works ;) in historic suburb of Observatory. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and there is easy access to public transports. You are also only a few minutes away from the city center, med school, etc. The space The ideal place for a mature student or young professional looking for medium to long-term accommodation. You can work, relax on your own, or chat (and cook ?!) with the other guests. Enjoy the warm fireplace in winter and the sunny courtyard in summer ! Guest access You will be sharing the house with 4 or 5 other guests. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a double bed, desk, and large window and cupboards. The house shares the laundry room with our family house next door. During your stay Our family lives in the house next door, so we are there to welcome you and help you settle in, or assist during your stay if needed. But otherwise we go about our daily life, and let you enjoy ample private space.
