This lovely furnished pet friendly self-catering apartment which allows one small dog, is conveniently situated across the road from The Umhlanga Sands Hotel and the beach. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main has a large Queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The unit has air conditioning. The  kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops a fridge and washing machine.The lounge has a two x 2 seater leather lounge suite and dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV including a decoder with full DSTV and access. The apartment also offeres wifi. There is a large sunny balcony with loungers, umbrella and a weber braai. This self-catering unit has designated undercover parking for a car. Cleaning service provided Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public holidays. KINDLY NOTE THE GATE LEADING TO THE UNIT IS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE GARAGES. THE FIRST GARAGE TO THE LEFT IS ALLOCATED TO 2 SEABREEZE. N.B. COLLECTION AND RETURN OF KEYS: During Office Hours the keys are to be collected from: Umhlanga Holidays, Shop 16A Chartwell Centre, 15 Chartwell Drive, Umhlanga Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Saturday 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. Sunday / After Hours the keys are to be collected from THE CALTEX PETROL STATION, LIGHTHOUSE ROAD, Umhlanga, which is open 24 hours. The keys are in an envelope for your attention in our key box at the cashier counter together with a map and information booklet. Please ask the cashier to hand you your envelope. KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICES OR TO OUR KEY BOX AT CALTEX PETROL STATION. DO NOT HAND KEYS TO CARETAKERS, SECURITY OR CLEANING STAFF OR LEAVE IN THE APARTMENTS. (Please use envelope provided for returns.) Units are serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays.  Towels, Toiletries & cleaning materials will be left in the unit. Consideration will be given guests that want to bring a small dog along provided that an extra deposit is paid. Before we can hand over the keys for the apartment we need to collect the refundable Key & Breakage deposit of R1500.00 from you for your stay. You can either pay this deposit to our office on your arrival if you are arriving during office hours or alternatively, if you are going to arrive late or after hours, you will need to pay this deposit into our bank account. This will ensure you experience no problems during checking in.
