Luxe shared villa with Gym, Pool + Fast WIFI

VillaRa is a secluded, open-air concept villa in Bali, designed with fitness in mind. Nestled far enough off the main road of Batu Bolong, you will still get a quiet and restful night’s sleep without sacrificing proximity to Canggu’s top-notch fitness facilities, restaurants, and beaches. VillaRa is a 'shared' villa. You are booking a private room with private ensuite in a 4 bedroom villa. You will share the common areas with other guests such as the kitchen, living areas, gym and pool. The space VillaRa is one of the few villas in Canggu with it’s own onsite gym. You’ll have access to fitness equipment, including (but not limited to) kettlebells, an olympic weightlifter bar, wall-balls, a rowing machine, and cross symmetry equipment. With industrial fans and an interval timer, you’ll be able to get your killer workouts in right at home. The layout of the Villa is sleek, modern, and thoughtful. Footsteps from your bedroom door, you’ll find an outdoor pool designed to enhance your lounging experience, complete with a tanning ledge, waterfall, and beanbags. An open-air kitchen and lounge area are fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Cozy up in the plush couch and watch Netflix, play some games, or borrow a book from our reading nook. Need to work? Grab a seat at the 8-seater dining room table, complete with built in outlets so you can get the job done. Stock your favorite goodies in our family-sized fridge, and take advantage of our fully equipped western kitchen to whip up a quick meal at the Villa. Our kitchen also has free-flowing filtered water and an industrial smoothie machine, so you’ll be able to stay hydrated and healthy during your stay. Prefer to work in privacy? Head to your luxury bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and doors, and keypad entry to relieve the need to have a key always on hand. Your room has a minifridge, glass water bottle, and lock drawer that fits a laptop--no more safes that don’t fit the things we really need to protect. We designed our rooms with travellers coming in pairs in mind, and have two desks, two wardrobes, and two sinks in each bedroom. Our double king size beds are great for couples, and can be separated into two beds for those traveling as friends. Your outdoor rain shower has hot water and is surrounded by lush, tropical plants. All rooms have USB cables at the desks and bedside for charging, as well as Netflix-equipped TVs (note, TVs are not connected to television stations and are provided for you to stream from your laptop or phone). VillaRa staff Nyoman and Wayan are onsite from 8am to 2pm from Monday through Saturday, and are available to make your stay as warm and welcoming as possible. We have bulletin boards in the common areas where you can find ideas for workout classes, day trips, and more. Our goal is to make VillaRa your home away from home. Please note we have very limited parking for cars and you must get pre-approval before bringing a car. Guests have the luxury of self-check in, and are given a key code to use the keypad on the front door of the Villa. Each room has its own unique keypad and code as well. Guests have access to all the amenities stated above, VillaRa is your home away from home! Other things to note Shared Villa VillaRa is a shared villa. You are booking a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in a four-bedroom villa. Please be aware the bathroom is open air. All guests share the common areas, including the kitchen, living areas, pool, and gym. We kindly ask all guests to respect one another and the shared spaces. Adults-Only Property VillaRa is strictly an adults-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older. We cannot accommodate infants or children under 18. Bookings made with children will be cancelled with no refund or compensation. Neighbourhood & Location The villa is located within 500 metres of many excellent cafés and restaurants, perfect for brunch or dining out. It’s a great neighbourhood to explore on foot. Construction Nearby Please be aware that construction is currently underway at the property opposite VillaRa. Our neighbour has begun demolition, and unfortunately, no schedule or completion date has been provided. There may be intermittent noise or activity during the day. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding, as this is entirely outside our control. Noise from Neighbours Our villas are generally very peaceful, and we rarely have any issues with noise from neighbouring properties. On the rare occasion that a neighbour hosts a party or plays music, please understand this is beyond our control. If loud noise continues after 10:00 pm (the official quiet time), we will contact the local authorities on your behalf. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the outcome, as neighbours may sometimes obtain permits to continue music or events beyond 10:00 pm. Villa Maintenance Occasional unscheduled maintenance may be required inside or outside the villa. This could include the use of power tools and may cause temporary noise. Our maintenance team is always supervised and we aim to complete any work as quickly as possible. No refund or compensation will be provided for necessary maintenance. Additionally, neighbouring villas may occasionally perform their own maintenance, which can also involve noise. Please note this is outside our control. Facilities Hot Water: Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a 15-litre hot water system, providing about 10–12 minutes of hot water depending on water pressure and temperature. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reheat. Please plan your showers accordingly. Laundry Service: VillaRa has a full laundry, but this is only accessible by housekeeping staff. Our team offers a laundry service at 20,000 IDR per kilogram, with the bill invoiced for cash payment. Whilst all care is taken, please note that we are not responsible for any colour transfer, shrinkage, or damage to clothing. Airport Transfers & Parking Fees: For guests arriving after 4:00 pm, we strongly recommend using our trusted driver for your airport transfer. The cost is 300,000 IDR, payable directly in cash to the driver. Please note this is a third-party service and VillaRa accepts no responsibility for the transfer. An airport parking fee of 12,000 IDR per hour is also payable by the guest. If flights land on time, this usually amounts to 2 hours. If flights are delayed, additional hours will be payable. Housekeeping The villa is serviced daily between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you prefer that housekeeping does not enter your villa, please use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, and they will respect your privacy. Towels are replaced every three days. If you prefer fresh towels sooner, please let our staff know. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. If you would like an additional linen change, a fee of 200,000 IDR applies and is to be paid in cash directly to the housekeepers. Pool towels are provided for use within the villa only. Please do not remove them from the property. Missing pool towels will incur a fee of 250,000 IDR. Damaged linen/towels: Towels or sheets stained by tattoo ink or any other substance will incur a replacement fee of 110,000 IDR per towel and 600,000 IDR per sheet. Tropical Island Life Please be aware that bugs, geckoes, and other critters are part of life in Bali. We have a regular pest-control schedule, but you may occasionally encounter them. They are harmless, and our team can safely remove them from your room if needed. Resident Dog There is one resident dog at VillaRa. She is shy but friendly, generally relaxed, and only barks occasionally if she feels threatened. Developing Country Realities Indonesia is a developing country, and certain conveniences may not always be guaranteed. Power outages can occur due to local infrastructure issues, and while rare, internet connectivity may sometimes be temporarily affected. These situations are out of our control, and no refund or compensation will be offered for power or internet interruptions. Zero Tolerance Policy Unregistered guests are not permitted in the villa without prior permission from management. Prostitution and drugs are strictly illegal in Indonesia. We have a zero tolerance policy towards guests bringing sex workers or illegal substances into the villa. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, and guests will be reported to the relevant authorities.
