Quiet and peaceful bedroom in Central London

The building is quiet and clean and the perfect setting for your London stay. The room is decorated with neutral tones and the view from the bedroom window is to a lovely quiet square. It is right in the heart of London, in an incredibly quiet square, on the third floor with lift. It's within a five minute walk to the British museum and less than a fifteen minute walk to Leicester Square, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square and Soho. The space The room is in a flat which is in a secure Victorian building with CCTV in the entrance. There are four steps from the road to the front door, then a lift will take you to the third floor and you'll have a further five steps down to the flat. In the flat you'll find an entrance hallway where you'll be able to store your luggage. The bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, full body mirror and a big closet with plenty of storage. The bathroom has a big bathtub and a big well lit mirror. The living room has a two person sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a tv with over 100 channels and a dining table with two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge/freezers, washing machine, drying rack, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and hob. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access & Shared Spaces • This is a shared accommodation. • The host lives and works on the property. • Guests will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. • The kitchen and living room are shared with the host. Please be respectful of shared spaces and tidy up after use. Other things to note 🏡 Important House Rules & Terms for Guests To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to read the following important terms and house rules before booking: 👥 Type of Guests Welcome • This space is ideally suited for tourists and short-stay visitors who plan to explore and enjoy the city of London, using the accommodation mainly for sleeping and showering. • Day-long stays or “work-from-home” bookings are not permitted, unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. As the host also works from home, this type of use can cause disruption. 🏢 Lift Usage • The building’s lift is a communal service and not maintained by the host. I am not responsible for any inconvenience caused if it is temporarily out of service during your stay. 🧺 Laundry Use • Guests are welcome to use the washing machine if needed. Please note: washing powder and fabric conditioner are not provided, so kindly bring your own if you plan to do laundry.
