We charge & arrange beds according to the numbers of your reservation. 2) Extra 4500 JPY per night per extra guest will be charged if there come guests outnumbers the reservation. 3) Up to 2 babies or small kids under 2 years old who sleep with parents, and no need extra beds & quilts are free of charge. If need an extra bed, please count as one guest. 4) A 3 years old kid and over is considered to be one guest, and we will arrange bed accordingly. Please kindly count as one guest. *** About Reservations *** ## We receive reservations from at least 4 guests up to 6 guests the most. ## We basically receive reservations from 2 nights at least. ## Stay Fee for Reservation of only 1 night is from 45,000 JPY per night, we can arrange beds for up to 6 guests. Please feel very free to make reservation & check in! ## Please be noted that short stay at a studio or a flat in an Apartment or a Mansion, a Room in a House, or Houses without authorization is still NOT legal in Kyoto! ## According to the Hotel Law of Japan, the guests need to provide Copy or Photo file of your Passport of the page of photos & passport number, and mail to Akane before check in. And fill in the necessary info. such as Real Name, Address in your country, Occupation, Tel. in the "Guest Check in Info." on the cafe counter in Akaneya. 　 1) NO SMOKING is allowed INSIDE & OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, and also IN THE SMALL ROAD too! The house is made by wood, in order to prevent from FIRE, please kindly cooperate! (If you need, there is smoking room in AEON MALL nearby.) 2) PLEASE KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN & KIDS' FOOT STEPS QUIET! Especially after 10 pm at night. AKANEYA is located in a VERY QUIET residential area, please enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. 3) In order not to bother all the neighbors, LATE CHECK IN AFTER 10 PM is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Only 6-7 min walk to AEON Mall where there are restaurants, Super Market, Daiso 100 yen shop, and fashion shops like Uniglo, Gap, Zara and MUJI, etc. Kyoto Station is the most convenient transportation center, where you can easily find your way to all Kyoto’s sightseeing spots, also to Nara & Osaka, KIX International Airport and even to Tokyo. There are great food, souvenir shops, department stores, pharmacies, post officess and convenient stores around Kyoto Station area. Kyoto Station is a very big area, from AKANEYA to the below train entrance, it takes about: * 12 min walk to Shinkansen Central Exit on Hachijo Dori * 13 min to the Central Entrance of Kintetsu Kyoto line * 15 min to JR lines West Exit on the 2nd floor * 15 min to Subway Karasuma line. It takes also about 15 min walk to Night Bus Stop on Hachijo Dori. They offer very budgeted price for Night Buses running between Kyoto & Tokyo. And about 15 min walk to Airport Limousine Stop heading toward Kansai Airport in front of Avanti Shopping Mall. And it also takes about 15 min walk to Kintetsu TOJI Station. THE SPACE: The house is about 60m2 in total with 1 luggage room with café counter, 1 tatami bedroom, 1 loft room, a tatami living room, a small Japanese style garden, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separated western toilet. It is spacious for you and your friends and families from 2 people to 8 people. It is free for up to 2 babies under 3 years old who do not need extra beds and sleep on the same bed with parents. No big noices after midnight is allowed 2) Late check in after 10pm is NOT allowed. 3) Please feel very free to drop off luggage from 11 am to 4 pm on Check In Day. 4) Late check out and luggage storm after 11 am is not allowed on check out day. 5)This house is a NON-Smoking House. No any kind of smoking is allowed inside and outside the house. Those who smoke need to go to the nearest Family Mart which has a Smoke Room.
