You will quickly feel at home in this cozy apartment located in an old farmhouse typical of the Albanais. A good fire in the living room for winter evenings, barbecue and deckchairs under the bamboos and hibiscus in summer... Enjoy the calm and unspoiled nature in the heart of the village, ideally located in the center of many tourist sites. Everything is planned to offer you a successful vacation. The space From the balcony, a bay window opens onto a large living room equipped with a wood-burning stove (wood provided) in addition to underfloor heating. Nothing is missing in the kitchen to prepare good meals and discover local specialties (raclette and fondue set provided) In the living room, you can browse maps and flyers made available to prepare your excursions while sitting comfortably in the leather sofa and armchair. Television (DTT), DVD player, board games, books and comics will occupy your relaxing moments. A wooden staircase climbs to the floor occupied by two air-conditioned attic bedrooms. The "Col du Saut" room is equipped with a 140 bed. The "Col des Contrebandiers" room is equipped with two 80 beds with the possibility of assembling them to make a large bed. Each has its own bathroom (shower) and toilet. Linens, towels and slippers are provided. A space in front of the house is reserved for you to park the car. * 1 room (garage level) brings together the garden equipment (barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, bicycles, outdoor games etc... as well as washing machine and clothesline * Possibility to rent the garage (remote-controlled opening) for an additional €50 per week. * Lawn (table, chairs, wooden structure for children) available for guests. Guest access The cottage is completely independent of our accommodation, vacationers also have the small storage room on the ground floor and the small garden surrounded by hibiscus.
