Water & Electric use paid at checkout. The space This apartment is on KOH SAMUI, no matter how many times AirBnB moves the map anywhere else. It is just off-street, tucked away for peace and quiet, but 2 blocks from Chaweng Beach on a local road with plenty of food and shops (Tesco, 7-11 , SuperCheap) around. It's a studio apartment, larger than average, with a western toilet and hot shower, queen bed, TV & large TV stand with shelves, fridge, air-conditioning, wardrobe, small desk with mirror, and a balcony. Please note: That is EVERYTHING in the apartment. This is a simple Thai-style apartment, not a hotel, with a few Western amenities listed above and no other extras in the room. A bit worn, but clean and in decent shape with fast wifi and reliable management. Perfect for simple, peaceful island life. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment.
