Garden Studio Higgovale

Centrally located in Higgovale on the slopes of Table Mountain, this self-catering apartment is perfect for up to two guests looking for a base close to the city, trendy Kloof Street with its bistros, cafes and restaurants, the Waterfront, mountain and beaches. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden, has its own private entrance, a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and comes with a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. People from all backgrounds welcome! The space A small, no-frills studio equipped with all the basic necessities. Ideal base for guests who are out and about exploring Cape Town, requiring a simple yet comfortable place to sleep. The apartment has an open-plan design with a semi-partitioning between the sleeping area and a small kitchenette. The kitchen area is equipped with a small benchtop stove/oven, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, crockery and cutlery, glasses, cups, as well as pots and pans for basic cooking needs. The en-suite bathroom has a door for privacy. The total floor-space is approximately 25-30 square meters. The apartment has a sliding door that opens on to a beautiful garden. The entrance to the apartment is totally private and disconnected from the rest of the house. There is an outside area where guests can sit and chat and have drinks. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment from dedicated parking area (one vehicle). Other things to note We stock the fridge with snacks upon arrival. We also supply shower gel/shampoo upon arrival, but guests must replace once empty. We supply toilet paper and an extra roll, but when used up, it is guests' responsibility to stock further for their own needs. We also supply bed linen and towels that are replaced once a week for those guests staying 7+ nights. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but guests can smoke outside.
