This brand new self-contained studio is an addition to our recently renovated family home in which we live with our 6 year old girl Kennedy, her little sister Tyla and their best friend, Spencer the Spoodle. In the riverside suburb of Fairfield, this studio is the ideal stay for both working professionals and holidayers. Conveniently located with just a 5 minute stroll from Coles Supermarket, local Library, Restaurants, Cafes, Pharmacy, Doctors and more! The space With 28sqm of private living space, this brand new addition to our home allows us to dapple into our passion of travel and hospitality as we cater for dual living. This gorgeous studio is completely self-contained, sharing only the front entrance to the property. Your studio contains a coffee pod machine with a welcome pack upon arrival of coffee pods, tea bags, toilet paper and washing machine detergent. Enjoy dining on your private uncovered outdoor patio, or for those cosy nights catching up on Netflix, inside on the couch with stable tables. There is a fold out desk suitable for those wishing to eat dinner at a table or needing a space to do some work. Note: There is strictly no smoking permitted anywhere on the property. Guest access Access to your studio is through a landscaped garden with a couple of stairs. Please note that it is not possible to wheel luggage from the street to the studio therefore luggage does need to be carried. Other things to note Our dog Spencer is one of the world's friendliest dog who has been fully trained. He doesn't have access to the studio space, but we do let him play in the front yard when we are home. As this is our shared entrance you may run into him when you come and go. There is a pool located on the property but this is not for guest use. Note: There are no "chores" required during your stay. We just ask that you treat our home as your own and leave it in a respectable condition similar to how we entrusted it to you when you arrived.
