Our newly remodeled peaceful studio apt is located 1.5 miles from the beach. The space is perfect for 1 or 2 adults. (At least one of the guests must be 21 years old.) The apartment is 1 private large room w/ beds, kitchenette, private bathroom & separate front door. One parking space. Located in quiet residential neighborhood, sorry NO parties or loud music. The space Play, shop, eat and drink at world famous Venice Beach, including the Boardwalk, upscale Abbott Kinney, and Rose Avenue. Stay in our peaceful & quiet, private studio apartment 1.5 miles walking distance from these and other Los Angeles/Santa Monica attractions. Our apartment has a private entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette, includes under-counter fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric skillet and hot plate. There is NO stove, however, there is a BBQ you are welcome to use in the garden. There is one queen bed, one full-size futon, smart cable TV, free wifi, laundry room, gardens. Your hosts Simone and IJ live in adjacent home to help and/or leave you alone as you so desire. Simone is available to be your guide. There may be flexibility in check-in, check-out times depending upon our calendar. Book a chess lesson with chess teacher, IJ. Our apartment is comfortable for post-surgery rest. We're close to UCLA and other medical facilities. Guest access Guests have access to our garden, BBQ and outdoor seating areas, and laundry room. Designated parking space too! Other things to note During this COVID period, we make sure the apartment is thoroughly sanitized before your arrival. We may greet you from across the driveway, the apartment will be open, the key inside. We follow social distancing as required by our local officials. We have made sure our apartment has everything you need for your stay. We are close enough that if something is missing, we can easily supply it to you.
