The space The studio apartment features a bedroom area with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Situated in the very center of Madrid, it's within walking distance of the city's main attractions, including Gran Vía, Sol, and Retiro Park. The apartment includes a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one adult. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Guest access During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is very equipped. You can use everything. The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
