San Vito Charming Apartment

A 90-square-meter apartment plus a panoramic terrace, in the historic center of Forio D'Ischia, a stone's throw from the main street and the port of Forio (5 min) and a few minutes from the beaches. The apartment is located in the alleys of Forio (small typical streets with houses close to each other) - ELECTRICITY BILLS ARE PAID SEPARATELY AT CHECK-OUT - THE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS PAID SEPARATELY 2 euros per day per guest per night up to the 7th day of stay in the facility. Minors under the age of 18 are exempt. The space The apartment is very bright and equipped with all kinds of comforts. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and all kinds of utensils. The dining room is equipped with a table that can be extended to accommodate up to 8 people. From one of the 2 balconies of the apartment, through a staircase you can access the large furnished terrace located on the upper floor, with spectacular views on one side of Mount Epomeo, the church of San Vito and some of the towers of Forio. You can enjoy the terrace for lunch, to sip an aperitif on the sofas or simply to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers. There is no sun cover available on the terrace. Guest access The entire apartment is for our guests' exclusive use. Please let us know 1 or 2 hours before arrival so that we can be ready to welcome you and give you useful information to make the most of your stay in our "San Vito Charme Apartment" Other things to note The apartment is located in very traditional small and narrow streets (alleys). The houses are close to each other. Electricity bills are paid SEPARATELY. You will need to send a photo of the meter behind the Yellow curtain at check-in and check-out so that the calculation can be made.
