Spectacular apartment in one of Madrid's most iconic areas. Located a few steps from the Gran Vía, it has been completely renovated and is equipped for temporary stays in the capital, both short and long term. It combines modernity, spaciousness and comfort, offering a practical and pleasant environment for those who need to reside in the city center. The space The apartment features modern decor designed for comfort during temporary stays. With a capacity for six people, it offers a spacious living room with a dining room for six people, two bathrooms with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with the necessary kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use. It has two spacious bedrooms: the main one with a double bed of 1.50 x 200 and the second with two single beds of 90 x 190 that can be joined or placed separately. In addition, the living room incorporates a double sofa bed that allows two adults to sleep comfortably. Guest access In the living room, there is a double sofa bed that perfectly accommodates two adults. It has a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking and everything you need to make your stay practical and comfortable. Other things to note The apartment is part of a quiet residential complex, so we kindly ask tenants to respect the neighborhood and keep the noise level low between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am. Please note that parties and events are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Any disturbance or excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors' peace could result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. In case of lost keys, a fee of €100 will be applied. The delivery and return of keys are coordinated personally; you can contact us once the reservation is made to agree on the arrival time. IMPORTANT: Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm have a surcharge of €30, and between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am of €50. These amounts must be paid in cash. Unfortunately, no deliveries are made after midnight (12:00 AM). Registration details: The house is rented in full under the Short-Term Lease (ACD) modality in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law. The formalization of the lease requires the signing of a seasonal contract by both parties before the delivery of keys, which will reflect the temporary reason for the stay (work, studies, health, teleworking or other causes) and the agreed period.
