Old Cornish cottage in heart of Mithian, St Agnes.

A 300 year old family Cornish cottage, close to the fantastic village pub (with small shop). 5 min drive to St Agnes offering pubs, restaurants & fab surfing/beaches. Fantastic walks from the door, great for families. Double aspect master and a lovely kids room with bunks. The cottage is full of character with high ceilings, sash windows and log burner. Modern kitchen and bathroom plus a small garden with picnic table. Delicious food at historic pub over the road (amazing Sunday roast). The space This is our family home and as such the space will have some of our belongings in. We will make it welcoming and clean for your use and ask that you treat it with care as you would your own family home. It is suitable for family’s as the kids room has bunk beds. The Cottage is situated in the heart of Mithian. The Miners Arms is a fantastic16th century pub which is just across the road. It is a popular family/dog friendly destination pub, with the most welcoming staff. St Agnes is a 5 minute drive away offering an array of pubs/ restaurants/shops/a deli and cafe’s. The nearest beaches are St Agnes’ Trevaunance Cove and the quieter Trevellas Porth. The house has steps leading down and would not be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. Guest access The whole property, with the exception of the lean to on the side of the building, will be yours to use. Other things to note Our home is well loved and cared for. It is not a full time holiday let so there will be imperfections and it will have a lived in feel. That said we make a great effort to make it as functional as possible for your holiday and there will be plenty of things that you will find useful that you might not find in dedicated holiday lets. As it is our family home, there will be plenty of games and toys for children to use. Please treat them with care as they belong to my children.
