Ideal for 2 couples, the apartment consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , 2 living rooms with sofas and kitchens. Two sea view balconies and a furnished backside terrace. The space Our house overlooks the beach of Punta Grande, a town surrounded by cliffs of white marl and tuff which is just a few steps from the Scala Dei Turchi . Each portion of the villa with sea views offers beds for 2 to 4 people and include : bedroom, living room with kitchen , sofa double bed , bathroom and private terrace . You'll reach the beach directly from the garden which is literally attached to the beach. The house was renewed and furnished in every detail respecting its original style. The furniture is from Sicily 800th belong to original furnishing of the house. The wood and terracotta craft, built-in kitchen floors covered with old majolica tiles, the bathroom is elegant and equipped with a shower . Casa Ciotta was born in 1887 as a summer residence of our family and is the first kind in the Gulf of Punta Grande. It has a splendid sea view and direct access to the beach and the surrounding Mediterranean greenery. Guest access This apartment at upper floor and hosts 2 couples. 2 balconies and a terrace available. Other things to note We provide welcome kits with basic necessities. The bath products, soaps and bubble bath belong to a paraben-free artisan line based on essences derived from the fruits of the Sicilian land. We provide kitchen, bed and bathroom linen. For stays longer than eight days we do a complete change of linen mid-stay. Change included in the price. Extra linen on request with laundry costs charged According to Italian law, for stays of less than 30 days, a short written contract must be stipulated at the time of check-in.
