Newly renowated apartment in the heart of the city. Airy apartment full of light located in the city center, very close to the Parliament, open green market, parks and other sights. Washing machine is available in the apartment free of charge and is placed in the kitchen. The bathroom has floor heating for those cold winter days. . Bedroom part is furnished with big double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two persons and couch which can accommodate one person in the living room. It is ideal for couples, but spacious enough for up to three , four or five guests to feel comfortable.Apartment is heated with adjustable radiators (Norwegian style heaters). It has air-condition as well. Fast and reliable cable internet connection and cable tv with all major music, movie and news channels, which you can watch on TV. The aparment is located on the 6th floor and has elevator access. Guest access If you are looking for stylish cafes , restaurants, museums, hotels, clubs and nightlife, tea store, exchange office, public parking (15€/day) , parks for kids, fresh market and shopping area you are on right spot. All those things and much more is in region to 100m around. With a short walk through the city quickly you can reach anywhere. You don't need a city bus or taxi. Other things to note -public parking 50 cent / h -parking in the nearby garage is15 eur / day -parking on the street is free at night 21 h - 07 h , during the day from 07 h till 21 h fee is 10 eur
