The second livingroom has TV, writing table and leads to a small screened porch. Lovely peaceful area with a spectacular beach just a few minute walk down a woodsy path and dirt road. Guest access You have full access to the house. Outside, there is a deck, garden in front and field in back, all surrounded by woods, soft mosses and even a few blueberry bushes. Play on the beach, take a ferry to an island lighthouse, explore Fort Popham - all in the area. 40 minutes from LL Bean - open 24 hours. Other things to note Parking for 2 cars at house; room for another vehicle in driveway. 5 min walk to the beach, tennis courts, Small Point Club. 10 minute drive to Popham beach, restaurants, cool old fort, 10 minutes to Sebasco golf, restaurants, bar. 20 minute drive to Bath with restaurants, shops, groceries, farmers market, maritime museum. "Big Beach" is a mile long and pristine - perfect for peaceful walks and ocean swimming, accessible from 2 hours before to 2 hours after low tide. Otherwise "Little Beach" is available with a river, tide pools and rocks to climb. Both with soft warm sand.
