The space This private villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with a spacious and well-designed layout, perfect for large families, group vacations, or full-villa rental. 🛋 Ground Floor: • Open living room with a compact western kitchen equipped with induction stove, range hood, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. A 6-person dining table is ideal for cozy family meals. • Private entrance and free parking in front of the house. • Bedroom 1: 1.8m king-size bed with en-suite bathroom — ideal for elderly guests. • Bedroom 2: Two 1.2m single beds + en-suite + small lounge area with pool view — perfect for kids or friends. 🛏 Second Floor: • Central living space with large balcony — bright and airy. • Master Bedroom (Bedroom 3): 1.8m king-size + 1.2m single bed, en-suite with bathtub, garden view and window seat — perfect for families. • Bedroom 4: 1.8m king-size + en-suite + private balcony with pool view. • Bedroom 5: 1.8m king-size + en-suite, also with pool view. Guest access Inside the villa, guests can use all amenities, including kitchen appliances, a water heater, 1000M/500M bps high-speed internet, and Netflix TV. Outdoors, guests have access to free parking, the outdoor terrace and yoga platform, a barbecue grill, and the outdoor swimming pool. During your stay If you have any issues during your stay, feel free to contact us at any time. We have a housekeeper and cleaning staff available to provide on-site assistance. Other things to note 1. The outdoor swimming pool, terrace, and yoga platform are shared with two other villas in the same courtyard. 2. The indoor Western-style kitchen is available for cooking, A paid breakfast option is available: continental breakfast at 150 THB per person. 3. The outdoor shared Thai kitchen allows open-flame cooking. Please handle all kitchen utensils with care and clean up after each meal, or a 500 THB cleaning fee will be charged. 4. No smoking or eating durian indoors, or a 5,000 THB fine will be applied. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. 5. Linen and towel changes, along with full cleaning services, are available every 3 days upon request and must be pre-booked. 6. The swimming pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Swimming is not allowed outside these hours. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool. 7. This is a private residence. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 8. For stays over 28 days, the rental fee does not include electricity. The electricity charge will be based on meter readings at check-in and check-out, calculated at standard municipal rates. The cleaning and linen service is not included in the rent. 9. For long-term stays over 28 days, electricity is charged based on actual usage, but water is included in the rent. Cleaning services cost 500 THB per session, and linen/towel changes cost 100 THB per session.
