Beautiful Victorian Coastal Holiday Home

Stunning Victorian town house with many original period features and luxurious furnishings. The property is very well located and just a short walk to many of the local attractions, pubs, restaurants and cafes. The beach, pier, Deal castle and award winning high street are 2 minutes walk away. There are many more attractions in the area and our holiday home provides the perfect base to explore them all or just relax!!! The space The house, which doubles as our family holiday home, is set over three floors with the ground floor comprising a welcoming reception hallway, double aspect living room with feature fireplace, an array of books, games, DVD's and cable TV. There is also a contemporary kitchen/dining room with extendable table, range of integrated appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. To the first floor is a substantial master bedroom with super king size bed, built in wardrobes, chaise longue and love seat. In addition there is a generous family bathroom with his and hers wash basins, central bath and a shower. Also a separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. To the second floor there are two further bedrooms with king size beds and a shower room. Outside there is private parking for one vehicle. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house. There is a private entrance and stairs leading up to the front door. Other things to note The house is child friendly and we provide the following childrens kit should you need it: High chair, travel cot, booster seat, plastic plates, cups and cutlery, toys, games and dvd's. All our beds are good quality with 1000 pocket sprung mattresses, cotton bed linen, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Towels are also provided.
