The space The 32sq m Apartment is in the 23rd floor with a comfort Queen size bed, clean bed linen set that replaced for every new guest. The bathroom provides hot water at the sink and the shower along with basic toiletries and towels. The kitchen has hot water at the sink, electric kettle, electric stove, rice cooker, fridge, microwave, basic cooking utensils and dinnerware. A wardrobe with a drawer inside is also equipped with hangers, iron, iron mat and hair dryer. A washing machine with laundry detergent and small hanging rack are available in the room. A small dining table / work table is provided as well. 32" smart TV equipped with streaming TV platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video,etc ( Netflix provided by request). Cable tv basic channel and wifi access available in the room. I provide one mineral bottle (1500ml) per night. There is garbage room next to elevator if you want to put the trashes. The studio coming with balcony with stunning view of Monas and Taman Ismail Marzuki. Guest access The guest will be provided with an access card and a key to get into elevator,room, pool and gym. Other things to note If you need help urgently while you stay with us, the building management stand by 24 hours at the lobby. If you want to buy groceries, there is mini market outside the lobby. Also, there is laundry service if you need. It is located just outside the lobby. The laundry fee will be at your own cost. There is a payable parking fee in the apartment or you can subscribe to weekly parking fee (ask me for the details).
