The apartment is on the eleventh floor of a sixteen-story building, there are two elevators in the entrance – passenger and cargo. The apartment has 4 beds in total (all single beds). From the large bedroom there is access to a glazed loggia where you can have your morning coffee (or evening glass of wine ) and enjoy the gorgeous view. Access to the second balcony is in the kitchen. You can always find a free parking space in the yard. The nearest metro station, Prospect Bolshevikov, is only 5 minutes (on foot) from the house. It takes 3 stations to get to the historic city center on a direct metro line. Very developed infrastructure: shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks. There is a children's playground in the courtyard. There are two trips to the Ring Road nearby. Very convenient logistics.
