Apartment near the Regional Court of Appeals

Convenient for those who are in Kazan on business! Bright cozy apartment. The house is located 1 minute from the transport stops. Easy to get to all areas (up to 30 minutes by transport, 15 minutes by car): to the Kremlin, to the Aquapark, IKEA store, to the Republican Oncology Center - on foot. There is a 24-hour store in the building, a 24-hour bakery with delicious pastries within a minute's walk (you will never go hungry). Within a 10-minute walk there is a Pyaterochka, Sberbank, many pharmacies and small shops. The space The apartment is bright, cozy, with a work area. The new sofa can comfortably accommodate 1-2 not very large guests :) EXCELLENT WI-FI. Cable TV. The speaker provides hot water without seasonal outages. The yard is green, quiet. There are parking spaces. We will agree on the terms of the long-term lease separately:) Guest access Wardrobe, dresser, shelves are available for guests. Refrigerator. Kettle. New washing machine. An iron. An ironing board. Basically everything you need on a long business trip. The apartment has a gas heater and a stove. I'm leaving some of my things. I hope the guests will be careful. Other things to note I am a teacher and business consultant. I often go on long business trips. I know what it's like to look for a cozy and inexpensive place to stay for 10-30 days. But I think that the same traveler will be able to feel comfortable in my house, and therefore in Kazan.
