"COLOSSEUM MUSIC DESIGN" GuestHouse is inspired by the passion for music and design. ROOM N° 4: It is 14 s.m. and dedicated to the song "Kind of Blue" by Miles Davis - 250 meters from the Colosseum - newly renovated (October 2018) - 1st floor (with elevator) of an ancient palace in the amazing Celio district. - each room is equipped with Wi-Fi / Air Conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The space The COLOSSEUM MUSIC DESIGN Guesthouse is located 250 meters from the Colosseum, on the 1st floor with an elevator, and was RENOVATED in October 2018, with particular attention to the COMFORT for our guests and with design details combined with the recovery of the original parts of this amazing '900 apartment. All the windows are soundproof. Other things to note 🚨 RULES AND USEFUL INFORMATION 🚨 ⬆️ ELEVATOR USE ⚠️ Please ALWAYS close all 3 elevator doors (2 EXTERNAL AND 1 INTERNAL): the two internal doors and the external door for calling each floor. This is essential for proper operation and everyone's safety. 🚭 NO SMOKING Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the rooms. Violations of this rule will result in legal penalties. 🤝 FOR A BETTER WELCOME AND QUALITY SERVICE • YOUR ARRIVAL: To best organize your stay and ensure a smooth check-in, we ask you to confirm your exact arrival time, your means of transportation, and your flight number (if applicable) at least 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival date. • CHECK-IN DOCUMENTS: As required by Italian law, we will need to acquire your identification documents (passport or identity card) for the registration process. To expedite the process and ensure your privacy, we invite you to send them to us in advance, preferably via our secure Guest Portal or by your preferred method. • UNSPECIFIED PERSONS: 🚫 Allowing entry or hosting guests who are not part of the reservation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If unidentified or unregistered persons are found inside the Guest House or in your room, they and the responsible guests will be reported to the relevant authorities. • CHANGES IN TIMETABLES: Please inform us promptly (as soon as possible) of any changes in your arrival time or plans. • PEACE AND QUIET: Out of respect for all guests and residents of the building, we ask you to refrain from loud music and noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. Peace and quiet are precious to everyone. ⏰ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION • LATE CHECK-IN: ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. We want to offer you a quality service and ensure the rest of our other guests. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, it is MANDATORY to contact us BEFORE booking. In exceptional cases of non-compliance with this rule, we reserve the right to ask Airbnb to cancel the reservation. • EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) is possible only if your room is ready and we do not have a check-out time on the day of your arrival. If an early check-in is not possible (e.g., due to cleaning), you can still leave your luggage at the Guest House starting at 10:30 AM and return for the regular check-in at 3:00 PM. We will always do our best to accommodate you! :) • CHECK-OUT: Upon check-out, please simply leave your keys on the desk inside your room. 💰 ROME CITY TAX The city tax is mandatory and is managed directly by Airbnb. It costs €5 per person per night. The tax does not apply to children under 10 and is calculated for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. It is already included in your reservation total, and Airbnb will pay it directly to the City of Rome. 🚿 TOWEL CHANGE Towel changes are available upon request only and are free of charge after at least two nights from your arrival or from the last change.
