Cozy and literary room in Ménilmontant

A spacious, bright and comfortable room in a quiet and ideally located apartment. The apartment is LGBT-friendly: we want to welcome all women and queer people who are looking for a warm place for their stay in Paris, as well as visitors open to this atmosphere of kindness. You will share the apartment with my roommate Diane who is an architect, and with Mina, the nicest cat in Paris. Please introduce yourself before booking :) The space The accommodation is 70 m2, all in length. It has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a large bathroom and a long balcony. In the room where you will stay, you can enjoy a comfortable double bed, a well-stocked library - many books in English - a desk if you need to work, and a nice sofa to read or watch a movie. Blackout curtains will guarantee your late mornings. The balcony that runs all along the apartment will allow you to move from one room to another inside or outside. A small summer lounge is set up in front of the window, for your breakfasts or sunbathing. The kitchen is fully-equipped. A shelf in the large fridge will allow you to store any groceries. In the bathroom you will find towels available for your stay, a large bathtub and a washing machine. The perfect setting to freshen up in a cozy and enchanting atmosphere! Guest access You will have access to your bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. During your stay I will be there to greet you upon arrival, show you how the apartment works, and help you settle in. I won't be there during your stay, but I'm available by phone, email, WhatsApp, or to come to the place for any questions.
