We have just installed fibre internet, router puts out 500/500 Mpbs with a streaming TV box with sport & movies etc. The wifi costs 500 bht p mth & the TV box 100 bht p mth or 20 Bht a day Fully furnished suit couple or couple with 2 small children as lounge folds down into a bed. 42 in TV videos, books, dvd player, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, jug, rice cooker, pots & pans, Microwave etc. Close to night market and old city, walking distance to 711 and food market, stalls & Hospital The space The apartment has seperate areas, the bedroom is separated by sliding door and the kitchen is also separated with a sliding door. The washing machine is on the balcony. Guest access All guests are welcome to use the pool area and the Gym. There is parking area under the building. There is an office next to the entry door, that is run by the condo. Other things to note Please turn off Lights and Air Con when you go out, thank You. Please be quiet and respectful to other people in the condo. This is a non smoking building, so Please only smoke on the balcony, Thank You.
