The space You have your own private patio area just outside your back door. Enjoy a good book or get some work done while enjoying the outdoors during the warmer months. Although you will be tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you can still get to downtown and the airport within 10-20 minutes. If you'd prefer to take the Metro transit bus, you can walk to the bus stop (2-3 minute walk). We are located about 8-10 minutes from WMU campus. IMPORTANT NOTE:If you are afraid of heights or have trouble climbing a ladder, there is a full size bed in the sleeper sofa on the main floor. I encourage all guests to look at all of the pictures and ask questions before booking their reservation. **Please also note that this rental is within 100 feet from our home. We are quiet and friendly and keep to ourselves, but if you have questions or need anything, we are here for you. Some guests may want even more privacy, so if the proximity of the rental to our home may bother you, please consider this before booking.** Guest access You have access to your own fire pit and trails. You can also access Al Sabo Land Preserve (800 acres of trails). The best way to access Al Sabo Land Preserve is by parking on Texas Drive. Other things to note There are 2 sleeping options tailored to your personal preference and abilities. There is a queen bed on the loft and a full size sleeper sofa on the main floor. Please keep in mind that this sleeper sofa is firm. I do have a foam pad and mattress topper to make it more comfortable. This rental is located on our personal property, which is convenient for communication and accommodating your personal needs or requests. We are pretty quiet, yet available if you need us.
