The space Casa Pineta is a 4 bedroom house with a stunning 50 sqm pergola which offers its guests another set of kitchen/living room/dining room literally under the pine trees! The house has one large terrace with sea and pinewood view, 3 double bedrooms (one of which also has a single sofa bed) and 1 triple bedroom (loft type) all with really quiet Daikin Emura air conditioning. Three bathrooms with showers, two kitchens (both indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, ovens, microwave, dinnerware, silverware, moka, espresso machine, coffee makers, professional knives, toaster, food processor, baking tools), two living rooms, two dining rooms with two big tables each could sit around 12 people, BBQ, laundry room, outdoor hot shower, 3 parking spaces. Access to the pinewood and beaches through a private back gate, pedestrian zone. The sandy beach of Marina di Campo is just a stone's throw from the property, there are no roads to cross just a 50-meter walk, this short distance allowed kids and elderly to easily go back and forth between the beach and the house independently. If you want to explore the neighborhood but don't feel like walking, 6 bikes are at your disposal! You'll basically find yourself just sleeping indoors because all the other activities like cooking, eating, napping, and showering will slowly end up under the pine trees. The garden is a beautiful space for kids to run around (and pick pine nuts) and for adults to relax on the outdoor sofas, sun beds and deckchairs maybe after a hot outdoor shower, plus the smell of pinewood trees mixed in with the smell of the sea will make sure everyone in the family will remember this beautiful spot for a long time! Then there are 3 bathrooms with showers, two fully equipped kitchens (oven, gas, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, etc.), two dining rooms with two large tables that seat about 12 people each, two living rooms, a large BBQ, laundry with washer/dryer, hot outdoor shower, 3 private parking spaces. The wonderful sandy beach of Marina di Campo can be reached in less than a minute from a private pedestrian gate through the pine forest. This proximity and the absence of cars also allow the elderly and children to be completely independent. If you want to explore Marina di Campo but don't feel like walking, there are 6 bicycles available for guests! Weather permitting, you will find yourself inside the house almost only to sleep, the rest you will spend outdoors including showers, dinners, naps and work in the kitchen. A wonderful way to fully experience the spirit of the holiday surrounded by nature. The garden shaded by maritime pines is the right space to leave children free to enjoy collecting pine nuts and where adults can relax after a hot shower in the open air on the sofas or sun loungers, small details that together with the smell of the sea and pines will make the whole family remember the garden under the pines of Casa Pineta for a long time! Just be aware of kids going into the storage space next to the ground floor bathroom and the outdoor storage space which are both full of tools and objects which are not necessarily child friendly.
