The apartment, by the sea, has a large balcony of 15m2 equipped with a dining area and 2 sunbeds. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom have direct access to the balcony. The 2 toilets are separated. Many closets provide ample storage space. The building has 2 accesses, one on the beach (a road to cross), the other towards the city. These accesses are secure (key+ access code). The basement garage of the building is also secured and the parking space can be locked. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor served by an elevator, which also accesses the garage. The washing machine is in the kitchen. A guard, present every day, is available for any information and can be reached in case of problem. The car park is a closed box ( 5m x 2m50 x 1m90), located in a garage with secure access. Guest access All the apartment is available. Other things to note Essential cleaning supplies and toilet paper are provided. A set of towels (small, large and towels) is available to each traveller. A bed set (sheets + pillowcases) is available for each occupied bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of the stay.
