Large country house, pool, close to Santa Cruz

This 19th century country house with many well preserved details is situated close to the capital Santa Cruz (less than 3km) at 250m above sea level. It comes with it´s own access road, private parking, outdoor swimming pool and very large piece of land. Hiking trails start directly from the house. It has 2 floors; on the lower floor you can find kitchen, living room (sat-tv, wifi), bathroom and a bedroom. On the upper floor there´s another living room, two more bedrooms and another bathroom. The space Built at the end of the 19th century as a farm, this house still contains many well preserved details like wooden floors/roof/door frames mainly built from the canarian pine tree. In the upper part there are 3 original canarian windows with the typical seating. The walls were built with large volcanic rocks hence offer always a very pleasant indoor climate. The house is situated in the small village of Las Nieves at 250m above sea leveland is very close to the capital Santa Cruz (1-3km depending on the road used). At about 100m there´s a bus-stop. It comes with it´s own access road, private parking for a few cars, an outdoor swimming pool of about 7x3m a very lagre terrace and very large piece of land.
