Five compact and very cozy houses are waiting for you near the sea, about 40 meters from the pretty sandy beach of Spartia. Each house offers 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a comfortable double bed, the other - with 2 single beds. They are designed for 4 guests with the opportunity to extend this number up to 6. If necessary, we can provide 2 extra beds by placing one of them in the bedroom and the other in the living room. The living room is divided into a kitchen / dining area and a relaxation area. In the kitchen you will find a stove with an oven, full-size fridge, spacious drawers with dishes and other kitchen utensils, dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, WC. The relaxation area will provide an opportunity to comfortably sit on a sofa or in an armchair, watch TV, read your favorite book. From the living room, the doors lead to a pretty, covered veranda where you will surely love spending time with friends or family. All houses also have a patio or gazebo. A stationary barbecue, equipped on the territory is at your service. For the convenience of guests, we have equipped a small kiosk in the parking plot opposite the villas, as mini-laundry: you can use the washing machine at any time convenient for you. We carefully take care of the territory where the bungalows are located and we hope that you will feel the love with which we do it: in lush, flowering plants, in decorative panels and other little things that everything around is decorated with. At 50-100 meters from the bungalows there is a restaurant, bar and tavern where you will find dishes for every taste. The center of Spartia and the nearest shop are about 2 km away. Moreover, the road goes uphill, which can be very tiring. It is possible to order products and make other necessary purchases by phone. Delivery of purchased goods is free. Our bungalows are located about 40-50 m from the picturesque, small beach, sheltered from the waves. We think it is perfect for families with children: the coast and the seabed are sandy, and the waters are shallow by the shore. Fans of snorkeling and diving will also appreciate this cute beach: the lagoon is framed by small rocks, from which vacationers love to dive into the water! Spartia is located quite secluded, so we recommend having a car. It will also allow you to visit many nearby beaches, get acquainted with the most beautiful corners of Kefalonia. Each of them – is a 2 bedroom bungalow that is nicely decorated and will perfectly satisfied those looking for beach apartments or a small villa by the sea. The house will comfortably accommodate up to 5-6 persons: one of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other has two single beds. The living room has a sofa, which will house another guest if needed. The sixth guest will be provided with an extra bed. The living room is divided into two areas: a general area to enjoy good time for a sweet conversation, and kitchen with a dining table, refrigerator, stove, and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and WC. Each bungalow is of about 60 m². Outside, there is a well-groomed area of 3,000 m² with lovingly seated flowering shrubs, trees, flowers. The nearest beach in Spartia (Klimatsias) is only about 30 m away. The sandy shores and shallow waters are ideal for family holidays: families with children will love this beautiful place for sure evaluating its warm azure waters and soft sand. This magical area will also delight lovers of diving and cliff jumping: a rocky semi-island is a perfect place to amuse yourself with this fun. About 200-300 meters away, there is a path descending down and taking you to a secluded beach of Thermanti, which no doubt will charm you with pristine beauty. The water is amazing due to its crystal clarity and transparency! Each 2 bedroom cottage boasts a lovely covered veranda: it is perfect to have breakfast here and sit in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the sounds of the waves and the trill of cicadas.
