Farmhouse Eternity, Ystad

Welcome to our charming farm Evigheten in the rolling fields just outside Ystad in the village Bjäresjö. Distances: Ystad centre ~7 km Malmö ~53 km Copenhagen ~85 km The space Guests have access to the entire house (~90 m2) and the garden in a beautiful farmland setting. Between the garden and the fields guests can enjoy a 32 m2 big wooden terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill. Please note: Final cleaning is carried out by the guests. Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed sizes: - Master bedroom double bed 160 x 200 cm (one large mattress). - all other beds are 80/90 x 200 cm. There is a laundry room in a separate building on the farm with a washing machine and a dryer. - check-in time is normally from 16:00, and is flexible. - check-out time is normally not later than 11:00. Free wifi in the house (fiber). Stairs lead up to the entrances of the house, see photos. The inside of the house has been carefully renovated and we have preserved the old style and old details. The house has two floors: On the entrance floor there is a spacious kitchen (including dishwasher), a large combined dining and living room (with TV, Swedish channels 1, 2, 4 and Kunskapskanalen), a bathroom (including WC and shower) and the master bedroom. From the master bedroom there are stairs to a sleeping loft with two bed spaces, see pictures. At the other end of the house stairs (inside) lead up to the second bedroom with two single beds, see photos. The courtyard is laid with traditional cobblestone, see photos. Our farm has both fields and pastures. Guests are welcome to take a walk in the pastures (approximately 5 hectares). Currently there are no animals in the pastures. Road E65 to Ystad and Malmö/Malmö Airport/Copenhagen passes ~200 metres from the house, with normal traffic sounds. See photots. Closest train station is Svarte ~5 km where you can park your car just by the station. From here trains go to destinations such as Malmö, Lund, Copenhagen, Simrishamn and of course Ystad. Included: - free wifi (fiber 100/10 Mbit/s) - toilet paper and paper towels - soap - washing-up liquid and brush - kitchen towels - dishwasher incl dishwashing tabs - cleaning articles - pillows and blankets - coffee machine and Nespresso machine (bring your favourite capsules) - combined fridge and freezer - washing machine and dryer - washing powder - drying rack (indoors and outdoors) - iron and iron board Not included: - Final cleaning is carried out by the guests. In exceptional cases cleaning can be provided by an external company for a fee depending on their availability - no guarantee! Please send us your inquiry at least 14 days before arrival. Fee varies depending on cleaning company. - Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. In exceptional cases these can be rented for a fee of 150 SEK/set. At the back of the barn/stables we are developing different types of activities, for example concerts and art exhibitions. See photos.
