We are JUNE's Place- SMDC Wind Residences Tagaytay Staycation. 5 minutes away from Skyranch and is along SummitRidge and opposite Gerry's Grill/Josephine Restaurant We are surrounded by your loved foodchains and restos @ Maharlika West Tagaytay. Our Tower 5 is right beside the newly opened Primark Town Center and SM HyperMart. The space I personally-designed all my 4 units (Apple Green, Oak, B&W, Gold) and had tried to be bold and daring this time on Unit #1824 APPLE GREEN, an out of the box non-generic theme and color. During the design process, the youths are my inspiration so as to cater for their instagrammable seflies and photography shots. Every corner of the space is perfect your Instagramic poses. We are One- Bedroom type Unit that is elegantly renovated with cozy, unique & modern design. It's own balcony is FACING the majestic Taal Lake view. This is a view that helps destress you from the hectic and stressful lifestyle of the city. FEATURES & AMENITIES: The space has no divisions as I want an open concept design. As we truly believe in having a clean and cozy space to relax and chill, you can enjoy the amazing ambience of winebar section of the room. BEDROOM: Being inspired by famous hotels' family rooms, our sleeping area takes the option of 2 single beds with pullout each. We also provide extra folding single mattress. It can be a space for 2 to 5 happy family members and friends. LIVING AREA: Lounge in the living area with customized and self-designed cozy couch. 2 TVs (42” TV at the living area and 32" facing the 2 beds) where you can indulge in your favorite series on Netflix. Connect using our free wifi and and local telephone line that you can use for food deliveries as well. We treasure your quiet moments while getting mesmerized by the majectic Taal view. We have our own veranda facing the Taal while sipping your favorite hot drink with the lake as background while taking selfies. Aside from the natural cool breeze of Tagaytay, the entire room is equipped with an Split-type air conditioning system. KITCHEN & DINING: Enjoy and indulge in our intimate kitchen space equipped with kitchen essentials (electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, and various utensils for your most cherished moment of your stay there, that is eating 😊 Our dining area comes complete with dining cutlery to cater for all the guests (plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives). TOILET AND BATH It is equipped with shower heater to make you feel relaxed after that shopping and touring. We provide towels and basic toiletries for your convenience, at no extra charge. This is your home too ❤️ We invite all of you to keep and maintain our space as you would with yours while you stay there. Guest access WE have Netflix and high speed wifi, appliances to use like 40inch SmartTV, Split AC, microwave, ricecooker , water kettle, and ref... NO corkage fee as you can bring any food you want inside. NO cooking allowed though as we want to preserve the freshness of our unit (one of our main assets 😘) We have 1 queen size bed with 1 queen size pullout, 1 single folding mattress and a sofa as sleeping spare Other things to note Best Way to Relax.. We have 2 pools in the complex for P150 per pax. Outdoor/Indoor pools to use. There are other free amenities for you to use. Parking fee is P150 overnite, near clubhouse area, a 10 mins walking distance to our Tower 5. Unli In/Out.
