Free street parking and self check-in included. The space This is a private attic apartment located on the top floor of the home. The entrance is on the driveway side of the house at the top of the stairs. Stairs are required to access the apartment. Guest access Guests have private access to the attic apartment. A shared washer and dryer are located on the back porch of the lower unit and are available for use between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to ensure privacy for all guests. Other things to note This home is a 100-year-old mill house in the Old West Durham community and was converted to a duplex prior to our ownership. The neighborhood is friendly, welcoming, and residential, with neighbors often walking dogs or strollers. We maintain the home with quarterly professional pest control, with additional service as needed. Our housekeeping team takes pride in their work and can provide additional cleanings during your stay for an added fee.
