Centre city of Rotterdam

City house in the center of Rotterdam (Bergpolder/Blijdorp). The space General House on the ground floor with its own front door. Neighbors left, right and above, adjacent to the house. When the house is not rented, it is my home. This means that there are a lot of private properties in the house. But that will become clear. And I will come back to this specifically below. Living room/kitchen Open kitchen in the living room. With oven, gas plate, hood and refrigerator. Pans, tajine provided. Nespresso machine provided. No dishwasher available. Dining table, sofa. No television! Bathroom with shower/bath in one. Wifi. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning agents (under the sink) are provided. Garden Garden with deck separated from the rest of the garden. Garden is west facing. Neighbors' cats may walk through the garden. In the garden, there is a shed. If you would like to use a bicycle, please let us know in advance. Then I'll make sure it's there. Bathroom Bathroom with shower and bath in one, sink and toilet. The washing machine is also here. Bedroom Double bed (queen size, 1.20 m). The bed will be made upon arrival. The left side of the linen cabinet is available. Bedroom borders small street. So possibly some noise from cars. Guest access Living/dining room with dining table, bathroom with toilet and bath/shower in one, bedroom and garden. Other things to note Possible some forms of noise(nuisance) since the (porch)house is in the middle of the city this is also understandable. The bed is a doubter, so not too big for two people. So extra cozy! Minimum stay is officially 7 days! But in many cases, I find a shorter stay is also fine. So please contact us if a shorter stay is desired.
