Villa Katak Sawah is situated along a narrow road, next to rice fields about 100 metres from the main road, Jalan Tirta Tawar. The villa is very peaceful with magnificent views of the valley leading into Ubud centre. At night you’ll be treated to an orchestra of singing frogs. Katak Sawah means “fields of frogs”. The villa is very cosy and private with a second floor gazebo / balcony that exposes guests to the beauty of the area. The fully equipped kitchen and comfy living area with a big Bali bench and Indonesian soft furnishings sits right next to the pool and tropical garden. Our staff will welcome and introduce you to the villa, assist with any activities you plan during your stay, clean the villa daily and provide you with a good breakfast from our menu. Staff are always available if necessary. We respect guests privacy at all times. Villa Katak Sawah is in the beautiful village of Kutuh, just 1 km from Ubud centre. Some fine Balinese temples, homes, shops can be found here. Traditional Balinese culture can be easily experienced right here. Good restaurants, shops, cafes, galleries are all also nearby. The villa is only 1 km from Ubud centre. A walk next to farmland, past temples, traditional Bali homes, shops, cafes. Motorcycles are the typical mode of transport here and can be hired from the villa. Taxi’s can also be hired from the villa. Guest access Villa Katak Sawah is a private villa. Nothing is shared. Guests have exclusive access to all living areas, the pool, the garden, bathroom and bedroom.
