Downstairs of my apartment connecting with big shopping mall and Central Plaza Grand Rama9, Local market every morning next to my apartment. The price is for the entire house + gym + swimming pool Van or high vehicle can not park in building. The space This apartment have 2 bedrooms which are one King size in bedrooms (Room 1), Queen size beds (Room 2 ), single bed (living room) ,1 bathrooms and there are option for extra floor mattress. There are fully furnished tv , 3 air-con, washing machine, kitchen ( Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, cooking pans, glasses, plates, etc) and private hi-speed wifi , hair dryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel. swimming pool and workout center is available for you. Every morning you can have breakfast at local market next to my apartment. Also downstair of my apartment is big shopping mall. You'll also find many restaurant , Laundry ,Thai massage , drug store , 7-ELEVEN whatever you need 24/7. We recommend you book car service from transport company if you want to check in after 9 pm for your convenient. Driver can pick you up from airport to our place(guest can pay fee to driver directly) :)) We cannot control external factors like noise, neighbors, road construction outside, close the road , maintenance the common area,other bedding that is not in our photos, Other disturbances, the area around the property or etc. We will not give refunds for these reasons.
