The space You'll have your private bedroom downstairs with a lock and a private restroom directly across from your bedroom. Clean, inviting environment. PLEASE DO NOT GO UPSTAIRS. Guest access You may access the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, watch tv and relax in the family room or enjoy the backyard/patio and take a swim. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people and chatting, but if you'd like your privacy I understand. Other things to note No smoking. Moderate drinking is fine but do not bring the party home.
