The property features 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Important Information: Maximum 8 guests Primary booker must be 25 years or older to book No parties or gatherings allowed Basement apartment is not included and may be used occasionally by the property manager. The space Enjoy a bright and spacious living room filled with natural sunlight from large windows. The open-concept kitchen creates the perfect space for family meals and leads directly to a large freshly polished wooden deck, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery behind the home. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-efficiency stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove with convection oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. Small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, and mixer are also provided. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and pantry storage for a comfortable, worry-free stay. The living room features a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa, and a large TV. On the main level, guests also have access to a washer, dryer, and central vacuum. A crib and playpen are available for families traveling with children. The home is fully air-conditioned, well furnished, and tastefully decorated, with modern lighting including pot lights and elegant chandeliers. It is ideal for couples, families, business travelers, and small groups. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded if there is smoking inside the home, parties, property damage, or violations of house rules. And 1 car in the garage. Other things to note My house is full of upgrades, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. The spacious newly built wooden deck with BBQ Grill overlooks the huge maple tree on the backyard. This is a residential neighborhood with normal municipal rules of conduct. As such, please respect the neighbors and their right to quite enjoyment after hours. No loud parties, no cigarettes butts, and absolutely No Smoking inside.
