Charming Cottage - Walk to Beach!

This 30s Santa Cruz beach cottage is perfect for Westside, downtown and beaches (within walking distance - 6 blocks). Small back yard with patio. Modern kitchen with granite countertops; Updated bathroom. It's a gem. Special low monthly or weekly rates. The space Our little house was built as a beach cottage in 1935. It's cozy and cute but has updated kitchen and bath. Both have granite counters and the bath surround has beautiful gray tile. A sunroom was added this year. It has a comfy single bed in an alcove. We can provide a folding futon for an extra person or child. The house is in a quiet neighborhood - sometimes you can hear the seals barking. Guest access When you're not at the beach or one of the neighborhood restaurants and cafes you will be able to hang out in the back yard with patio, outdoor table and chairs. Other things to note There is a single folding futon (in case you have a fourth person or little one.) The main bedroom has a queen size bed; entrance to bedroom has a curtain instead of a door. The second bed is in the sunroom which is separated by a sliding door. The living room couch is very comfortable for sleeping. (extra linens in ottoman in bedroom). The house has 650 sq ft. but feels bigger because it's so open, especially to the back. Parking is on the street only.
