The Oliver House - Emerald Suite

The Oliver House was built as a private residence in 2011 and is situated above the University of Arkansas with a view of "Old Main" in the distance. The home is a short walk (one block) from Razorback Stadium. There are four charming private bedroom suites and each with their own private bath, in this 4,100 sqft home. The "Old Plantation" style was designed to blend with the University Old Style Architecture. For anyone attending a Razorback Football Game, this location is among the best! The space This listing is for The Emerald Suite. This room is upstairs with its own private bath, walk in closet and TV. It also has its own private entrance onto the balcony. You will be given your own key specific for this room. The house has high speed internet and Cox Cable. Guest access Check in - Guests enter the house via the front door with their own personal security code issued before arrival. The Emerald Room is upstairs and to the right. All of the bedrooms are identified with a sign at the door. There will be a door key inside the room or hanging on the sign hook that is specifically for The Emerald Room. There are two other common areas upstairs in addition to the spacious balcony. The large game room includes a small wet bar area, pool table, foosball table, and big screen TV. The front upstairs sitting room and desk area are also common spaces to enjoy. The downstairs has a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living room, guest bath and laundry room. There is a private patio off the dining room along with the large front porch. These areas are for your use and enjoyment. Reservations include parking accomodations for one standard size vehicle. If you have a larger vehicle, trailer, etc. message me and we can discuss your parking needs. Quiet hours commence at 10 p.m. in consideration of other guests. During your stay We are in and out of the house throughout the day and are available via text or phone, at all times. Other things to note Football games - Hosts hold an Open House Football Tailgate Party that guests are invited too. These are normally before, during and after the games. Tailgates are very busy, exciting and fun events. Quiet hours commence at 12 a.m. (midnight) on football game days. Hosts park cars on game days to game attendees.
