The space This luxurious unit is a Signature Deluxe Suite also referred to as a Jr. 1BR. The suite offers 1 King size bed and 1 pullout sofa Queen sized bed with a walk-in closet and safe. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, cookware, dishes & plates, refrigerator, utensils, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Experience a beautiful bathroom with a Whirlpool Spa Bathtub & separate shower. Also included are all the standard Hotel amenities such as toiletries, large flat-screen TV w/ cable, and wireless internet. You will also have access to The MGM GRAND amenities such as the Pool and Gym. Quiet location, perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and solo adventurers! Short walk to Vegas Strip with moving walkways on an enclosed pathway. •Fully furnished 550 sq ft suite located in Tower 1. •King Size Bed + Queen Size pullout bed in couch •Closet, Digital safe, cabinets, drawers with plenty of storage space •Table with phone and built in power strip, good for working/planning •Kitchenette equipped with sink, cook-top, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge. Stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware (1 pot and 1 pan). All cooking accessories are now by request at the front desk only due to new COVID rules. •Large bathroom with essentials, hair dryer, 4 towel sets (+ extra 2 in cabinets), Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks, granite counters •Free Internet Wi-Fi and Cable TV, mounted HDTV. •FREE Valet Parking if there is space. Guest access Access any of the exclusive facilities provided by the MGM Signature Towers, unless restricted for an event. Regular MGM Facilities are also available to all guests. In addition to the private suite, all guests have access to: •MGM Signature private pool (must be 21 or older) •MGM Signature fitness room •MGM Room Service (must be paid to MGM) •Free Valet Parking -Booking here lets you avoid MGM's resort fees (~$40/day). -Free Valet parking (customary to tip $1-2 when giving and receiving vehicle). Save $18/day since all other MGM International Resorts now charge parking (more than 60% of the strip) -Room key card is used to access the above facilities (each guest gets a card). Guests can continue using their key card to access the pool for the rest of the day after check out. Other things to note This is a privately owned Suite and is not operated by MGM. All items in the property are owned by me, so please DO NOT take them. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.) •Like other hotels, The Signature charges a security deposit/hold of $100 per day for your stay but maxes out at $300 per stay. It is charged by the building and is mandatory but is refunded after your stay. •This is is NOT a full service hotel and does not include services other than what is described in the listing. (No minibar, No daily housekeeping, etc.) Some extra services may be requested at an extra charge. •Cleaning fee is for check-out day only. •Housekeeping is done via a 3rd party housekeeping service that is on the property from 10AM to 5PM, NOT by MGM staff. Please DO NOT contact MGM Signature for any housekeeping services. •The housekeeping company charges their own fees for extra services. There will be a pamphlet in the room on the table with the company's contact information and a price list for what they provide, such as a towel refresh or change of sheets. •If for any reason, after your stay, housekeeping needs to do any special cleanings or replace broken/damaged/stained/missing items, there will also be extra charges requested for compensation.
