Ikalto Micro Art Residence offers a room in 3-bedroom apartment located on one of the highest peaks in Tbilisi – that adds a stunning view, fresher air, and peacefulness. Your room features one single bed with a latex mattress (very comfy and proved to be well covered should one have allergy), a desk, and enough storage space. Don’t hesitate to ask any question. Renting two rooms is also possible :) The space Our place used to be an artist’s atelier; there are only few places like this around the city. We have live gigs and exhibitions going on once in a while. Guest access You will find yourself in a separate room that has everything for a comfortable solitary work and leisure: desktop, orthopaedic bed, green balcony. You will feel welcomed at our beautiful common space we use for cooking, communication, and screenings. A dedicated smoking room decorated with pillows (actually, we have pillows in every room) is a part of it, should you not feel like going to your own balcony for smoking. Relax by electric or candlelight in our comfortable bathroom; empty up in a second water closet while the bathroom occupied. There are two rooms available for rehearsing and recording; one boasts a grand piano, each has a drum kit – the rest is mobile. Though, intense use of music facilities will be a subject to additional charge. During your stay I am all yours unless I am busy with something important Other things to note This place is a real art residence that also serves as a recording studio and a venue (rarely). Therefore you may find the placement of objects around the flat a bit ADHD. Being fond of music would allow you to benefit from your stay with us! A reasonable cleaning fee is included in the booking to cover regular cleaning after each stay. If house rules are not followed or excessive mess is left (if you're more ADHD than we are), an extra cleaning fee may be charged to cover additional cleaning or replacement of items.
