230 m² loft conservatory, table tennis, darts, parking

Our newly furnished studio loft with its own parking space in the center of Erfurt offers space for 1-8 people in 3 rooms. Whether family visits or city trips - for holidaymakers, business travelers, fitters or those taking a break - as a co-working area, home office change, workshop, seminar or photo location - the studio adapts to your situation. Since we are traveling the world, we only use it as a stopover and are therefore happy to welcome exciting guests. The space The loft studio is located on the 2nd floor of an old brick building located on a backyard and offers 230 m² (incl. conservatory) optimal space for 1-10 people. There is a living/sleeping area, two large bedrooms and an 80 m² conservatory with playground for all ages: table tennis, foosball table, darts, music system (but please think of the neighbors ;) ) space to sit together, for game evenings or business talks. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but not in the rest of the apartment. ATTENTION! The sunroom is not heated! The living/sleeping area is equipped with 2 cozy sofas and a projector (but no TV). Of course, there is also Wi-Fi. The sofas can be pulled out if necessary, which provides 2-4 additional sleeping places (each 1.40 x 2 m). A luggage rack & open wardrobe are provided. In a separate area there is a double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m with bedside table, sideboard and an armchair. This area is separated from the "common area" with curtains and a wooden wall. The 2 spacious bedrooms each have a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) with bedside tables, a desk with usable iMac, dressers, clothes rails and various seating options. Blackout is possible in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster are available. Spices and tea are also provided. A large table with 8 chairs not only invites you to cozy cooking evenings with friends and family, but can also be used for team events or business events. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower curtain as well as enough towels. Of course, fresh linens are also available. In the adjacent utility room there is a make-up mirror, the washing machine and another toilet. There is no elevator. Guest access You have the entire place to yourselves. The studio loft is located near the beautiful Erfurt city center. 1 parking space is available free of charge in the backyard. More free parking is right in the side streets. Sometimes you have to look for something, but actually you always find something nearby. The nearest bus stop is right outside the front door. The main train station is only about 10 minutes away on foot. The central Erfurt Anger is also a few minutes away - as is the historic old town. From the train station and Anger, all tram lines run every 10 minutes - places outside your own walking radius are therefore no problem :) ATTENTION! You only have one key available, if you need more, please let us know before your arrival. Other things to note Price includes 7% VAT and 5% culture tax of the city of Erfurt. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment!
