Durrës (Albanian pronunciation: [ˈdu:rəs]; Italian: Durazzo, Italian pronunciation: [duˈrattso]), historically known as Epidamnos and Dyrrachium, is the second most populous city of the Republic of Albania. The city is the capital of the surrounding Durrës County, one of 12 constituent counties of the country. Located on the Adriatic Sea, it is the country's most ancient and economic and historic center. The small Pent House is located near from the sea and only 10 min drive from city center. The space The place is located at the 5-th floor of a 5 floor building. It is a cozy and well designed ,small 62 sq/m apartment. The apartment is divided into two parts: the first one (kitchen and living) a relatively big dining area integrated with the living part, a small balcony. The second; a badroom with a toilet in it. Actually the apartment is in use by me , so I have also my personal belongings into separated closets. Extra amenities: fast wi-fi connection , Netflix Premium etc. Guest access Guests can use all the spaces in the house.
